Chapman Design Associates is a small
residential design firm located in Los Altos, California. The Principal
of the firm,
Walter Chapman, has been
designing homes for thirty years. Working primarily in the western
foothill communities of Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, CDA has
helped over 800 clients realize their goals and dreams for their homes
and their families.
As a referral based company, personal attention to our clients' needs,
clear and efficiently prepared plans, and an eye for design have been
the hallmark of our practice. A working relationship with planning and
building department staffs, and connections with local contractors,
ensures a smooth process for our clients. From the first conceptual
design to the gleam of fresh paint on the finished product, our goal is
to make the experience of building a home an enjoyable one.
